CANCELLATION / NO SHOW 

At The Cleo Collective we always ensure that we offer a premium personalised service to each of our valued clients. To do so, we kindly request that you comply with our cancellation/no show policy below:

When you book an appointment with The Cleo Collective, we reserve that date and time for you. We also allocate a specific hairdresser to you. That means other inquiring clients are turned away, because we have booked you in for an appointment.

We understand personal situations may arise, however, should you decide to cancel/not show up to your appointment, 24 hours’ notice is required. You will have to call us on 0438 327 787. If we do not answer, you may leave us a voicemail with your cancellation/no show request.

This may allow time for another client to book your cancelled/no show appointment slot. Please be advised that if you give less than the required 24 hours’ notice, we reserve the right to charge you 50% of the cost of the service as a cancellation/no show fee.

If you continually cancel/not show up to your appointments, we reserve the right to request a booking fee in advance of your next treatment, which can be paid by Credit Card over the phone or Credit Card, EFTPOS or cash in the salon.

For clients who are running late to their scheduled appointment, as a courtesy to Team & our next scheduled client, arriving more than ten minutes late we may need to reschedule you for a different service or a different date & time, we also kindly request that you call us on 0438 327 787.

PAYMENT POLICY

To the extent permitted by law, any payment received when booking services with us is a non-refundable deposit. In the event that you cancel an appointment within seven days of the appointment date or the client does not arrive at the salon, then your deposit will be forfeited and used to recover costs incurred by us in maintaining availability of our employees and resources.

If you cancel an appointment more than seven days prior to the appointment date, then the whole or part of the deposit may be refunded at our discretion. 

 

REFUND/ADJUSTMENT POLICY 

At The Cleo Collective, we don't offer refunds if you are not completely satisfied with your hair. However, your satisfaction is important to us. if you have any concerns or issues with your service, please contact us within seven (7) days of your appointment so we can make the necessary adjustments or corrections.
